What You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant at BTS, you’ll help organizations translate their strategies into action while also playing a key role in client development and account growth .
You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.
Facilitating strategic workshops and training sessions , both in-person and virtually, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
Designing customized learning journeys and simulations , in partnership with our general Centers of Expertise.
Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
Leading project streams and owning client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and contributing to business development efforts.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team , bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.

You might be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
4+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, sales enablement, or corporate environments.
Native Spanish required; fluent English required; Portuguese is a strong plus.
Experience in project leadership and client/account management.
Strong exposure to Sales & Marketing (SAM) environments; experience in Strategic Alignment and Business Acumen is highly valued.
Experience in industries such as Banking, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, or Technology is highly preferred.
Ability to frame problems, generate insights, and guide teams to actionable solutions.
Strong client communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations and build co-ownership.
Experience leading meetings, workshops, or client-facing projects.
A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset — someone who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced contexts.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
Availability to work at our offices (hybrid, 3x/week).
