Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring their success using the company's platform, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.
This role requires strong English fluency, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through long-term success
- Build strong relationships through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and solution-driven support
- Monitor client health and engagement using CRM and analytics tools
- Identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales for renewals and expansions
- Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with product and support teams
- Educate users on best practices to maximize platform value and ROI
- Handle escalations and troubleshoot client issues with speed and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
- 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities.
- Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Hub
Spot) and data-driven reporting.
