The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Backend Engineer to help design and build the v1 of our public‑facing API from the ground up.

This role is for an engineer who enjoys building backend systems or APIs from the ground up and cares deeply about reliability, performance, scalability and developer experience.

You’ll own features end‑to‑end: Infrastructure, API design, security & authentication, documentation and integrations.

As an early member of the engineering team, you’ll have real ownership and influence: shaping architecture, defining standards, and building systems that carriers, brokers, and employers rely on every day.
