Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Terra Bar- a bartender who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!* A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests* Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience* A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success* Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications* 2+ years of experience as a high-end bartender or restaurant service work* Strong food and beverage, cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge preferred* Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.* Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and expert hospitality that aligns with Four Seasons standards of excellence* Adhere to cocktail recipes to deliver a consistent guest experience* Support the team as a dedicated colleague by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when needed* Anticipate guest needs with a keen sense of awareness and presence, ensuring satisfaction through timely and thoughtful responses to questions or concerns* Accurately close guest checks, process payments,



and properly handle voids or complimentary items in accordance with hotel procedures, operating the MICROS system with accuracy
