Email Developer (Email Coder) - WithinRemote - Latin AmericaAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Email Developer to join a high-performing lifecycle marketing team within a general performance marketing company.This role is fully focused on execution and development, responsible for building and deploying dynamic, data-driven email campaigns across multiple brands and ESP platforms. The company operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teams work across the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention — with a strong emphasis on data, performance, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and code responsive email templates using HTML and CSS, ensuring compatibility across devices and email clientsBuild and maintain dynamic email content, including personalization and conditional logicWork with lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys, including updates and optimizations of existing flowsImplement and manage data-driven logic, including working with data extensions and segmentation rulesSupport campaign deployment and ensure quality across multiple ESP platformsTroubleshoot rendering, logic, and deliverability issuesCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, lifecycle, analytics) to execute campaign requirementsWhat You'll Be Working WithMultiple brands within a single business unit,
