First Contact Specialists (Cold Calling Reps)? Make outbound calls to potential clients (90+ per shift)? Follow scripts and set appointments for closers? Learn high-level sales skills from day one2. Customer Retention & Sales Specialists? Reach out to existing customers to offer upgrades, new services, and support? Handle inbound inquiries and turn them into repeat orders? Build real relationships and grow client loyalty3.



Performance-Based Sales Closers? Take over warm leads and turn them into paying clients? Work independently, manage your pipeline, and earn high commissions? This role is for experienced salespeople hungry for big commissions? Location: Argentina? Strong spoken English and Spanish with confidence and personality? Comfortable on the phone — you sound natural, not robotic? Motivated by money and results? Full-time availability (Monday-Friday plus rotating Saturdays)? Able to handle rejection and keep going? Organized and tech-savvy (Hubspot CRM experience is a plus)? At least 2 years experience in Sales, Cold Calling or Call Centers? Base pay that recognizes effort regardless of results.?
