This is afull-time role under a direct employment relationship, paid in USD, and based inBuenos Aires, Argentina, with ahybrid work model (2 days per week onsite in Puerto Madero).The company works on the forefront of medical data interoperability, building large-scale distributed systems that ensure accurate and secure exchange of health information.ResponsibilitiesLead the integration of AI tools and methodologies across the engineering team.Deliver software engineering projects from concept to production.Guide the migration from monolith to microservices architecture.Implement and maintain AI-enhanced development practices.Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI technologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.Master's degree in Computer Science or related field,
