About HOKALIWe seek an energetic and responsibleSemi Sr Recruiterto join our Operations Development team at HOKALI.In this position, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the Operations process by recruiting ourAfter School Program Educatorsacross the US.Main ResponsibilitiesLead high-volume, full-cycle recruitmentand onboardingefforts, primarily forUS-based roles, managing sourcing, interviewing, and offers.Proactively develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline/poolfor Educators positions ensuring a ready supply of qualified candidates to meet future demands.Conductin-depth behavioral and skills-based interviewsto assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and safety/quality compliance.Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including initial outreach, interview scheduling, and a structured follow-up process throughout theonboardingphase.Ensure all candidate activity and hiring statuses are meticulouslytracked and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (Workable)to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting.Establish and cultivate strategic partnershipswith external organizations,



such assports/enrichment academies or educational institutions.Collaborate closely with Program Coordinators/Operationsto forecast hiring needs and develop joint strategies to ensure all programs are fully staffed with qualified Educators by target deadlines.Generate data-driven recruitment reportsand metrics to provide the Operations and Leadership teams with insights for strategic planning.Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencieswithin the current recruiting and onboarding workflows, and proactivelypropose and implement process improvementsto increase hiring speed and quality.Stay informed ofUS labor market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and industry compensation standardsto maintain a competitive recruiting edge.Bachelor's degreein Human Resources or a related field.Native/Advanced English fluency (written and verbal) is mandatory.Strong "Scraping" skillsand mastery of creative sourcing techniques.Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Workable, etc.) is a plus.Self-motivated, results-driven professionalcapable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proven ability to multitask and prioritizeeffectively to optimize time management.Hybrid RoleMon - Fri 12 to 8pm.
