The ideal candidate brings strong relationships in the crypto or trading space and can generate OTC trading volume through client acquisition and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Acquire and manage a portfolio of institutional or high-volume clients in the crypto and trading industries.Present Mamoru's OTC trading and FX payment offerings to potential clients.Develop partnerships with trading desks, crypto funds, HNWIs, and fintech companies.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely trade execution and client satisfaction.Contribute to regional strategy and market expansion efforts.Requirements:Proven experience in sales or business development in crypto, financial markets, or fintech.Active client portfolio in crypto or trading ismandatory.In-depth knowledge of digital assets, OTC crypto trading, and payment infrastructure.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Based in Lima or able to commute (hybrid work model).What We Offer:Full-time employment with a formal contract.Competitive salary + performance-based annual bonus.Health insurance coverage.Aguinaldo (13th-month salary bonus).Opportunity to grow within a general crypto-fintech leader.
