Job Description: The Strategic Planning & Analysis Specialist will support the development of financial analysis and insights used to inform Accenture Finance leadership decision-making. This role focuses on producing high‑quality analytics, supporting team deliverables, and developing financial acumen within a collaborative team environment.

The Specialist will be involved in some or all of the following activities: Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses produced by the Strategic Planning & Analysis team.

Supporting the development of analytics related to Accenture’s financial performance for internal management forums, leadership reviews, and other governance processes.
Assisting with data gathering, validation, and analysis for key deliverables such as management reporting, board materials, and earnings-related preparation under team guidance.
Identifying trends, variances, and potential issues, and escalating insights and observations to senior team members to support broader recommendations.





Supporting analysis across areas such as revenue and demand, profitability and operating costs, compensation-related financial analysis, capital allocation, and cash flow, as part of team-led initiatives. Ability to: Work in a fast-paced team environment, share responsibilities, and help team members complete/review work.

Work in a confidential environment, maintaining a strong sense of accountability and attention to accuracy. Manage multiple priorities, with the flexibility to adjust workload and timing during peak periods to meet deadlines. ?
