THE ROLE

A Designer in our General Studios team creates engaging, conversion-focused designs that spark conversations between people and brands. Working closely with strategists, designers and copywriters, you deliver impactful design work that meets client briefs and supports our design standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead a brief from start to finish, translating concepts into polished visuals.

Provide innovative ideas during creative brief sessions.

Produce high-quality design work, including image sourcing, digital artworking, and layout for onsite, app and email channels.

Ensure design output aligns with and drives client business goals.

Stay current on design, marketing trends and emerging AI tools.

Seek constructive feedback, grow from it, and mentor junior team members.

Maintain accountability for flawless design output and deliver within scheduled timeframes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Self-driven, resourceful and collaborative attitude.

Strong eye for layout, proficient in typesetting,



retouching and visual hierarchy.

Organized with sharp attention to detail.

Willingness to embrace new skills, challenges and experimental AI platforms.

Versatile creative style that adapts to varied clients and work tempos.

Experience in motion or 3D is a plus.
