The IT department is seeking new candidates to its dynamic team. The department provides support worldwide to the organizations all along the value chain from exploration through site development to production.

What role you will play in our team

The Full-stack Software Developer - Advanced is responsible for working on both the frontend and backend portions of an application while also managing full hosting environments. Frontend development is generally comprised of implementing visual and interactive elements that users see and engage with in web-based applications.



Backend development is generally comprised of developing and maintaining server-side logic, integrating application elements, and exposing data through API endpoints. Hosting management is generally comprised of knowing how to configure and manage the infrastructure (like Microsoft Azure) that serves the site to the user. An Advanced Full Stack Software Developer is trusted to be the technical lead for a complex application.

What you will do:

- Grow personal skills in each domain (frontend, backend, & infrastructure)
- Able to apply fixes to existing code or contribute small features to application
- Avoid technical debt when crafting code by writing robust unit tests
- Understand basic semantics and structure of HTML, CSS, JS
- Able to develop simple web services and APIs using the technology of choice
- Manage the source code of the solution they create
- Change deployment pipeline configurations when necessary

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English skills, verbal and written communication.
- Seeking candidates with varied levels of experience in a Software Developer role, applying DevOps principles.
- Knowledgeable of code versioning tools (e.g. Git) and have experience with build management and CI/CD (e.g. Github Actions)




- Experience developing applications on any Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Experience with web frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue.
- Knowledge of API design and development.
- Proficiency in debugging and problem solving.
- Experience building data models and data access layers against SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Basic knowledge of unit testing.
- Working experience in an Agile organization.
