Eli Z Group runs a portfolio of niche DTC brands selling globally on Shopify with AI-driven strategies. We’re a Meta Business Partner, Google Premier Partner and a fully remote team of 20+ across multiple countries. We need an Email Marketer who can own the entire email channel across multiple stores - strategy, copy, design, and Klaviyo execution. You’ll manage flows and campaigns for several brands simultaneously, each with its own audience, voice, and product catalog. This is a test-to-hire role: paid trial first, full-time for the right fit.
Tasks
Strategy & Revenue
- Own email revenue targets across multiple Shopify stores. Your north star: email-attributed revenue as a % of total store revenue.
- Plan and execute monthly campaign calendars per brand - aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and inventory priorities.
- Analyze performance weekly (RPR, CTR, placed order rate, flow vs. campaign split) and turn data into your next round of tests.
Klaviyo Execution
- Build and optimize all core flows per store: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Sunset, Back-in-Stock, VIP.
- Segment lists by purchase behavior, engagement tiers, browse activity, and predicted LTV. No full-list blasts.
- Manage deliverability: sender reputation, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), list hygiene, spam complaints below 0.1%.
Copy & Design
- Write conversion-focused email copy: subject lines, body, CTAs. Apply direct-response frameworks (PAS, AIDA) - adapted to each brand’s voice.
- Design emails in Klaviyo’s editor or Figma. Mobile-first, clean, on-brand. You don’t need to be a graphic designer,
but your emails must look professional.
- A/B test relentlessly: subject lines, send times, layouts, CTA placement. One variable at a time, documented learnings.
Requirements
- 3+ years in email marketing for DTC/eCommerce with hands‑on Klaviyo experience. You’ve built flows that drive measurable revenue — not just “sent newsletters.”
- Proven results you can show: email-attributed revenue, RPR, flow performance, deliverability improvements. Specifics, not claims.
- Ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without dropping quality or deadlines.
- Strong copy + design skills: you can write a subject line that gets opened AND design an email that converts — without waiting for a separate team.
- Deliverability knowledge: sender reputation, authentication, inbox placement, list hygiene.
Strong Advantages
- Experience with Shopify Plus and the DTC stack (Recharge, Yotpo, Rebuy, Gorgias, etc.).
- HTML/CSS for custom email templates. AI tools for subject lines, personalization, or workflow automation.
- Multi-brand or agency experience managing 3+ accounts with different audiences.
