Technical Writer

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional to act as the bridge between our clients and engineering team. This person will engage directly with clients to gather feedback, understand user pain points, and translate those insights into clear, actionable requirements for our engineering team.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing conversations and feedback
- Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements and feature requests
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and maintain a clear product backlog
- Translate complex client feedback into clear, structured, engineering-friendly documentation




- Understand technological options and constraints to propose effective solutions (no coding required)
- Break down requirements into clear, organized bulleted points for engineering implementation
- Make data-driven decisions and recommendations to guide product improvements

Qualifications

- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to empathize with users and translate their needs into technical terms
- Familiarity with product development processes and modern technologies
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
