About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, client-focused Account Manager to own the success of one of our client engagements while leading a team of SDRs delivering outbound campaigns on their behalf.
This is a hybrid role combining client success, outbound strategy, and SDR team leadership , idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the relationship with one of Sellerate’s clients
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs day-to-day
- Define and execute outbound sales strategies aligned to client goals and internal best practices
- Set targets, track KPIs, and drive pipeline performance
- Run regular client updates, reporting, and strategy sessions
- Identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize performance
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of SDR talent
- Collaborate internally to share best practices and improve delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina .
- Fluent English (written and verbal), client-facing confidence is essential
- Experience managing people (ideally SDRs / BDRs / sales teams)
- Background in B2B tech sales, SaaS, or outbound environments
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation and outbound strategy
- Ability to manage client relationships and multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in an agency or outsourced sales environment
- Exposure to revenue operations, growth, or client delivery roles
