Senior Manager, Supply Chain (BUE00O0) – Worley

Full‑time employee in the Supply Chain / Procurement Department, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement and supply chain strategies for large‑scale mining projects, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and quality targets.
- Coordinate the development of RFP/RFQ packages for LLI equipment, EPC contracts, and specialized services in close collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end procurement cycle: from planning and sourcing to site delivery and documentation closure.
- Manage relationships with local and international vendors, assessing technical capabilities, commercial terms, and HSE compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, aligned with Worley’s general standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and client contractual requirements.

Requirements

- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 3 years in mining or large‑scale industrial projects.
- Proven experience in tendering, contract negotiation, vendor management, and international logistics.
- Solid understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and handling of long‑lead items (LLI).
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in ERP/ERP systems and MS Office tools.
