Job Description

This is a remote position.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
- Support influencer sourcing, outreach, contract management, and deliverables tracking.
- Help maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Track campaign KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative content, social media strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Learn and implement best practices for influencer marketing operations and global campaign execution.

Salary

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience working in an influencer marketing agency.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing platforms, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Twitch, and Kick.com.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the influencer marketing field.
