This role acts as the key business owner for assigned products and systems, ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business priorities and deliver maximum value.You will work closely with Operations, IT, and Platform Development teams, playing a critical role in shaping product direction, prioritizing work, and enabling successful Agile delivery.### What You’ll Do* Own and manage the **Product Backlog**, ensuring clear priorities based on business value* Translate business needs and scope documents into **features, epics, and stories*** Partner with Agile delivery teams to guide development and ensure readiness* Represent the business in Agile ceremonies including refinement, PI planning, and retrospectives* Facilitate trade‐off decisions when capacity or priority conflicts arise* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and align expectations* Ensure solutions meet user needs and acceptance criteria before release### What You Bring* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology,
