Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Hub Spot Solutions Expert for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.
The Hub Spot Solutions Expert serves as the internal authority on Hub Spot, supporting the full client lifecycle from presales through delivery.
This role joins discovery calls alongside the sales team to assess client needs, contributes to project proposals by defining the functional and technical scope of Hub Spot engagements, and oversees execution to ensure delivery teams have the guidance they need to succeed. In addition, this role is responsible for advising on and improving the company’s own Hub Spot instance.
The right candidate has a background in a Hub Spot agency environment, holds relevant Hub Spot certifications, and is comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor across both client-facing and internal work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience working with Hub Spot in a professional environment.
- Active Hub Spot certifications, with breadth across core areas such as CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Proven experience working in a Hub Spot agency or partner environment, with exposure to presales and client‑facing work.
- Expertise in configuring and optimizing Hub Spot across multiple client engagements.
- Strong understanding of planning and executing CRM migrations into Hub Spot from major platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Expertise in overseeing or contributing to Hub Spot integration projects with third‑party tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iPaaS or middleware platforms used for Hub Spot integrations.
- Basic technical literacy with APIs and webhooks in the context of Hub Spot integrations.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams alongside sales, delivery, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Join discovery calls alongside the sales team to assess client needs and identify gaps in their current CRM setup or processes.
- Act as the Hub Spot subject‑matter expert in client conversations, translating business challenges into clear and credible Hub Spot solutions.
- Define the functional and technical scope of Hub Spot engagements, contributing to proposals alongside the delivery and sales teams.
- Provide effort estimates and solution recommendations based on a clear understanding of the client's needs and what Hub Spot can deliver.
- Lead and oversee the configuration of Hub Spot CRM, including pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, and user permissions to match client business processes.
- Identify optimization opportunities in existing Hub Spot setups and guide the team in implementing improvements that drive adoption and performance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Hub Spot integrations with third‑party tools, ensuring reliable data flow and clear data contracts between systems.
- Lead migration engagements from platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRMs into Hub Spot, covering discovery, data mapping, validation, and cutover.
- Serve as the internal authority on Hub Spot, identifying opportunities to improve the company's own CRM usage and driving those improvements forward.
- Support internal teams in adopting Hub Spot best practices, ensuring the platform is used effectively across sales, marketing, and operations.
