Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account growth, and retention. This is a strategic role where you will manage key accounts, drive revenue expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong,



trust-based relationships
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to deliver on client goals
- Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to improve client retention
- Track account performance, revenue growth, and engagement metrics
- Ensure all client interactions and account data are accurately recorded in CRM systems

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Proven track record of managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
