What You’ll Do
- Delivery of projects in pharmaceutical CMC development for ZS Supply Chain and Manufacturing clients, serving as a subject matter expert on drug substance and drug product manufacturing in client discussions, managing teams and projects, and contributing to Practice development.

Qualifications / The idóneo candidate should have
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical CMC organization.




- Team leadership experience
- Hands on experience with at least one function in CMC development such as Process Chemistry, Process Engineering, Formulation, or Analytical Chemistry
- Knowledge of unit operations, processes, quality by design (QbD), tech transfer, process validation, quality attributes, and regulatory milestones across pharma development
- Understanding of data and information systems such as ELN, LIMS, ERP systems, and LCM or PLM systems
- Understanding of CMC related regulatory submission requirements
- Ability to translate knowledge of concepts across modalities if needed
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives with a CMC background
- Preferable: Experience with at least one tech transfer
- Hands on experience with data analytics with ability to generate insights from data from various sources
- Strong communication skills with ability to create client-ready material
