We are one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports organizations in the GTA.We create fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the families in our communities!We are looking for an energetic and highly organizedOperations Coordinatorto oversee coach scheduling and workforce operations for youth sports programs across Canada.This role requires a combination of high-level coordination, real-time problem solving, and operational responsiveness to ensure programs run smoothly every day.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and maintain weekly coaching schedules across multiple programs and regions across CanadaCoordinate staffing assignments based on coach availability, certifications, travel requirements, and program needsMonitor schedule coverage daily and proactively identify potential staffing gapsRespond quickly to last-minute coach cancellations, absences, and scheduling conflictsCoordinate replacement staff and operational adjustments in real time to ensure uninterrupted program deliveryCommunicate schedule updates and operational changes clearly to coaches, managers, schools,
