We are looking for an experiencedFull Stack Engineerto join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the healthcare domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front endWrite and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemasBuild and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systemsDevelop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsDeploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.)Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussionsTroubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvementsSupport claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycleRequirements6+ years of experience in full stack developmentStrong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular)Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database designHands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrationsProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitFamiliarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU,
