About the RoleWe are looking for aFull Stack Engineerto support and evolve a live Hiring Events platform operating in a high-production, real-time environment.You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues across backend systems built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while maintaining frontend experiences in React and collaborating closely with Client Support and GTM teams.The role requires strong ownership, fast ramp-up, and comfort managing deployments and production releases independently.What You Will DoAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to live hiring events and platform functionality; Collaborate closelywith Client Support and GTM teams to triage and prioritize support requests; Monitor production systems and respond quickly to alerts, incidents, and performance degradation; Ensure issues are resolved within established SLAs while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction; Support architecture updates, integrations, and dependency changes impacting event functionality; Maintain and improve backend and frontend systems powering hiring events and lobby experiences; Take ownership of deployments, code merges, and production releases; Help lead, mentor, onboard,
