What you will do

- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations;
- Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption;
- Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end;
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes;
- Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
- Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

Must haves

- 6+ years of experience in U.S. consulting ;
- Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry ;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in large enterprises and participating in or leading digital transformation or modernization programs ;




- Advanced English (written and spoken) ;
- Strong technical understanding of IT projects ;
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills;
- Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel quarterly.

Nice to haves

- Experience in Financial Services ;
- Experience in Account Management .
