We are currently looking for a EPIC/CERNER Project Manager , to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for EPIC/Cerner implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical analysts, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT.




- Proven experience managing EPIC and/or Cerner projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience with project management tools .
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations.
- Background working with clinical or hospital environments.
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
- Must have experience working for US customers.
