Your Role
As an Ad Sales Marketing Analyst, you will support the execution of B2B marketing initiatives for Warner Bros. Discovery in Argentina. You will contribute to the development of local activities that drive awareness, engagement, and consideration among advertisers and agencies, working closely with the local marketing manager and sales team, while ensuring alignment with regional LATAM strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Local Execution & Trade Marketing
- Support planning and execution of local Ad Sales Marketing initiatives in Argentina, including owned events, sponsored industry events, and trade media activations.
- Assist in coordinating timelines, deliverables, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
- Sales Materials & Content Support
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of sales materials such as presentations, one‑pagers, reports, newsletters, and case studies.
- Ensure materials are aligned with HBO Max and WBD brand narrative and regional guidelines.
- Digital & Communication Channels
- Support trade marketing efforts across key channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, PR, and website/landing pages.
- Assist in content coordination and publishing across platforms.
- Local & Regional Alignment
- Collaborate with local sales teams to understand market needs and support tailored initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with LATAM priorities and consistency in messaging.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support tracking of marketing initiatives by helping define KPIs and monitoring results.
- Assist in building basic reports and dashboards to evaluate performance across the marketing funnel.
- Operational & Team Support
- Maintain calendars, trackers, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
- Provide general analytical and operational support to the Ad Sales Marketing team as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in the entertainment, media, and advertising industry.
