We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer with strong GCP experience to lead the design and deployment of production‑grade ML systems. This is a highly strategic role, combining deep ML expertise with strong engineering capabilities to build scalable, reliable, and high‑impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and deployment of ML models powering core product features
- Define and implement robust ML lifecycle pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Architect ML solutions on GCP (Vertex AI and related services)
- Ensure model observability, performance, and continuous optimisation in production




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices across ML and data teams
- Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI and LLM‑based systems

Requirements

- Strong experience building and deploying ML systems at scale
- Advanced Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
- Hands‑on experience with GCP ML ecosystem (Vertex AI preferred)
- Experience with large‑scale data processing (e.g. Spark, Beam, Flink)
- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, experimentation, and model optimisation
- Proven ability to lead technical decisions and influence cross‑functional teams
- Advanced English
