As a key member of Western Union’s Pago Fácil Marketing team based in Buenos Aires (CABA), this role acts as a key player in driving brand growth through the development of billers, expansion of the independent channel, and strengthening agency networks. The position is responsible for supporting business development initiatives, managing strategic relationships, and executing marketing and channel growth activities to enhance Pago Fácil’s market presence.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive the development and expansion of billers, ensuring strong business relationships and growth opportunities.
- Support the development of the independent channel, identifying and executing opportunities for expansion.
- Lead and support “lifting” initiatives for company-owned stores and independent agents to improve performance and visibility.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with billers, agencies, and key partners, supporting ongoing business development.
- Assist in the execution of promotional and advertising campaigns aligned with Pago Fácil brand strategy.
- Support Marketing budget control, including monitoring and tracking campaigns and promotion spend.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and media agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced student) in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, retail channels, or commercial channel development.
- Experience in marketing, corporate communications, business development, or agency environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills (billers, agencies,
vendors).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
- Demonstrated storytelling and content creation capabilities across multiple channels.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Shift
