Core Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Architecture (HubSpot)
Build and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture
Design lifecycle stages and deal stages
Create scalable sales pipelines and workflows
Implement lead scoring and segmentation systems
Build dashboards and KPI reporting systems
Manage contact properties, routing, and attribution tracking
Maintain CRM cleanliness and operational integrity
