**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about services and products.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input client information and call outcomes into the system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Analyze call data to identify trends and improve outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client services and enhance customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up as needed.
- Maintain organized records of calls, ensuring all interactions are documented in a computerized system.
- Assist in training new team members on call protocols and best practices as necessary.

**Requirements**:





- Proven experience in a call center environment or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on findings.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and reporting.
