**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and optimize background task processing with Celery.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong experience with Django framework.
- Proven experience working with Celery for task queue management.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
