About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Data Analyst.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of audience growth strategies and identify user trends- Make recommendations on segmentation, profiling and engagement- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau CRM) to capture campaign & ongoing engagement data visualizations- Resolve business associated challenges by performing audit on data for ‘digital briefs’- Acquire data from (primary or secondary) data sources and build and maintain “campaign” analytics dashboards- Utilize SQL to store, process and handle and analyze structured data- Partner with Audience Specialist for data stewardship- Provide support to all data analysis for overall Marketing performance measurement (ROI)- Identify new process or areas for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other relevant fields- 4+ years of marketing operations experience- Experience working in a integral operations organization- Strong skills with the ability to analyze, organize, collect and disseminate data with accuracy- Technical knowledge in database design, data models, data mining and segmentation techniques using SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on statistical and analytical skills, such as math or computer science- Tableau Certified Data Analyst Certification
