A first step to this transformation was bringing all IT (Information Technology), Digital and Data functions under a Global Chief Digital Officer reporting to Sanofi’s CEO (Chief Executive Officer). About Growing with us

The Digital Technology South Cone - Enterprise Tech Expert is responsible for coordinating Technology services that fall outside of existing outsourcing contracts. They lead the resources to deliver and actively drive improvements for the technology and services that directly support the employees across sites. This includes real estate (workplace transformation), country-specific solutions, and local/regional contracts for OSS (On-site Support) and Service Desk (not in NEO).

The role requires an in-depth understanding of technology and services as well as the delivery organization, their operations, SPOC (Single Point of Contact), and engagement ways of working. In liaison with service owners, they will document the technical landscape of the sites ensuring its current and future performance will meet business need. They support the workforce requirements at a persona level to enable effective delivery of world-class services including a thorough appreciation of the impact from Digital Technology on business-critical activities for their site.

They are responsible for consistency in delivery of Kiosk, Onsite Support & VIP Services for their perimeter.



They also have responsibility for delivery of all other Technology services contributing to the GBU/GFU in the perimeter. They are accountable for the proactive engagement and adoption of technologies in liaison with Service Owners or providers. They manage any other locally sourced or specific services for their sites and manage contracts tightly, ensuring efficiencies and continuous improvement approach.

They represent Digital Technology in the region for demand and supply and ensure Digital Market Leaders GBU (Integral Business Unit), Digital Leader M&S; (Manufacturing & Supply) or R&D; are fully informed and engaged regularly as a network.

About you

You are a passionate service expert, looking to develop, manage and evolve services that are meaningful to the customer and the business, facilitating the day-to-day job from our customers. It is your aspiration to help the customers achieve their outcomes without directly owning costs. You are a valued influencer and have leadership skills who has contributed to effectively support and run large technical platforms and services. You are always seeking opportunities for improvement and demonstrated ability to deliver on these opportunities using Agile methodologies.

You have analytical skills and a deep level of technical knowledge to proceed with the service support necessary under the regional/local scope.

- This position will be in Argentina, transversally supporting LATAM region and all GBU/GFU.
- Transversally contribute to all GBU/GFU with the strategy of development for Service Desk and Onsite services, working with the Global Service Desk and Global Onsite Leads, regional digital Tech teams, and Cust
