Right now, we are looking for a **Integral** **Learning Specialist **to join our team at Globant!

The main objective of this position is to design and implement programs, projects and processes for development of skills and the acquisition of knowledge that impacts individual and team performance, promoting career movements and culture. To do so, the position needs to be based on continuous learning, diversity, equity and inclusion.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Be a key part of the learning team rethinking, teaching, and learning to transform career development stories at Globat to reinvent the industry.
- Make an impact and work on large-scale projects.
- Systematize learning needs detected by Learning focals in each region and other stakeholders about people growth, upskilling, reskilling, certifications, and leadership skills useful and aligned to the area’s strategy and business needs.
- Propose, design, and implement tailored learning programs aligned with the global strategy and the regional requirements.
- Provide information on learning programs and processes.
- Look for alternative solutions and learning formats for ongoing and new programs.




- Design the work plan and budget;
- Participate in weekly follow-up and decision-making meetings with internal and external partners;
- Review and managE contracts with other areas (legal, sustainability, global, regional, etc.) and following up on invoices/payments;
- Prepare reports and project follow-up reports.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Enjoy problem-solving in changing and dynamic scenarios.
- Have an agile mindset to adapt and evolve ways of working.
- Critical thinking to define OKRs and KPIs and budget for any project involved.
- Some key skills are a strategic and analytical mindset, effective communication, ownership, problem-solving, and disruptive and innovative thinking.
- Would be great to have a university degree (preferably Educational Sciences, Psychology, Psychology of Learning).
- Advanced knowledge of English.
