**Junior IT Support**
**Salary: $6 - $8 USD/hour**
**Job Type: Part time -Full-time | Remote**

We are looking for an IT Support to join our dynamic team.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience with Excel spreadsheet.
- General background in IT, previous work experience or student experience.
- Advanced windows user (MAC knowledge will be appreciated).
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook knowledge.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL server management studio and databases will be highly appreciated.
- Knowledge in VPNs, Remote Desktop Connection and Virtual Machines will be highly appreciated also.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with **cloud services** (Google Cloud)
- **Advanced English,**both written and spoken.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve all task following IT policies and standard procedures.
- Maintain good and clear communication at all times with all parties.
- Ensure the maintenance of all the tools and environments used by the team.




- Report daily task completed or not to team leaders and supervisors.

**Tasks**:

- Craft spreadsheets in the correct format to update the databases.
- Back up and maintain databases.
- Escalate issues when it corresponds to.
- Provide internal support to team members about programs, VPNs and RDP when needed.
