We are seeking an experienced **Lead Automation Tester**to join our team and define the testing strategy for an innovative digital wallet platform built with Kotlin Multiplatform (Compose Multiplatform).

In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring the platform's quality and reliability by implementing advanced automation testing solutions across mobile, backend, and web admin layers.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and execute a comprehensive automation testing strategy for mobile, backend, and web admin layers
- Evaluate, select, and integrate testing frameworks such as KMP Test, Appium, Espresso, and REST Assured
- Develop and maintain functional, integration, performance, and security test suites to ensure thorough coverage
- Collaborate with DevOps to incorporate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes
- Analyze technical and functional requirements early in the development cycle to ensure features are testable
- Establish test coverage goals and monitor quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts
- Share expertise and conduct training sessions to encourage best practices within the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in automation testing for mobile and backend systems
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role managing and guiding development teams
- Proven ability to design and implement test automation frameworks from the ground up
- Expertise in mobile testing tools such as Appium, Espresso, or KMP Test
- Practical experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated workflows
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Compose Multiplatform technologies
- Knowledge of Backend For Frontend (BFF) architecture, particularly with Java
- Previous experience working with Salesforce for admin and back-office systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as Firebase Test Lab or Bitrise
