You will be responsible for generating strategic partnerships with companies looking to position themselves within the startup ecosystem, ensuring their satisfaction and achievement of objectives.

**Responsibilities.**
- Design and implement the annual sponsorship plan for Lazo events.
- Prospect, negotiate, and close sponsorship agreements with companies aligned with our community.
- Understand sponsors' needs and objectives to create high-value, tailored sponsorship packages.
- Coordinate with the Community team to ensure the proper execution of agreed sponsorship benefits.
- Follow up post-event to assess impact and generate renewal opportunities.
- Maintain and update a sponsor CRM with the status of each relationship.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure sponsor visibility in content, newsletters, and social media.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve Lazo's value proposition as a visibility platform.

**Requirements.**
- 3+ years of experience in commercial, partnerships, or sponsorship roles, ideally within startups, events, or B2B environments.




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven profile with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Intermediate-advanced English (many sponsors will be based in the U.S.).
- Experience working with CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Collaborative spirit and passion for events and the startup community.
- IA first mindset.
