If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you! Betsson Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our award-winning HR team and help shape the direction of our Argentina Region as we continue to expand there.

**_ It is important to note that this role will be based on-site Monday-Friday. Our office will be based in the Nunez region of Buenos Aires._**

**A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- 360 management of our HR operations in Argentina.
- Act as the top-level HR business partner to the assigned leadership team providing continuous coaching in multi-discipline HR policies & processes.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, and controlling Human Resources strategy for Argentina.
- Support Managers for people matters: Organization development, leadership, coaching, HR processes, Team building, Social Climate and Employee relationships and generate management sponsorship to HR policies and initiatives.
- Implement talent management solutions to enable business priorities - through performance management, career development, succession planning, performance management and training.
- Supervise the process of payroll, wages, and other payments associated with personnel.
- Continuously work to strengthen our amazing Betsson Culture.
- Focal point for ensuring Betsson is the Employer of Choice in the Argentina region by ensuring internal and external branding.
- Cultivate talent development and oversee recruitment needs.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum of 6 years HR experience within a fast-paced international organization.




- Experience in working with and facilitating cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Experience in scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts.
- Good knowledge of the Argentinian Labour law. Knowledge of labour law in other LatAm markets are considered a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Portuguese language is a plus.
