We are currently looking for a Merchandise Planning Coordinator.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Merchandise Planning Coordinator, you would be responsible for assisting the planning team in daily, weekly, and monthly projects. The ability to multitask and prioritize these projects will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability of working in a fast-paced environment is required.

**Required Skills**:

- Highly Proficient in Systems
- Strong knowledge in Excel
- Basic knowledge in PowerPoint
- Pulling reports and data entry in multiple systems
- Training would be provided
- Ability to troubleshoot systems or highlight concerns
- Detailed Oriented:

- Data entry with a high level of accuracy rate
- Accuracy in reporting / data pulls
- Complete assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Strong Communication:

- Ability to partner, highlight, and raise any concerns
- Strong partner to the merchandising team to understand priorities and pivot as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Daily/Weekly reporting**:

- **Update slides in weekly Business Review meeting PowerPoint deck**:

- **Own and maintain Purchase Order tracking for Ecom and Wholesale,



as well as report out on statuses to Cross-Functional partners**:

- **Support ad hoc analysis**:

- **Manage Various Monthly Planning Tasks**:

- **Update and refresh data in clearance list**:

- **Manage promotional set up and recapping files**:

- **Update and refresh data for core ladder styles monthly**:

- **Assist with completion of OTB**:

- **Actualize key metrics in monthly OTB files**:

- **Adjust on order forecast to ensure accurate forecasting going forward**:

- **Manage various Quarterly Planning Tasks**:

- **Create seasonal hindsight slides**:

- **Analyze and update sizing curves**:

- **Additional responsibilities as required**

This position will report to the Sr. Director, Planning & Allocation.

**Salary**: Usd 1,300 p/month

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Indefinido

Sueldo: A partir de $1.382.550,00 al mes
