As a member of our Knowledge Management team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. On a daily basis, this position will have to:
- Ensure Best Practices for self-help content creation are being followed to maintain and improve the overall quality of our knowledge base
- Ensure health and relevancy of the content based on data analytics
- Address feedback on a timely manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders for Content creation and certification
- Participate in weekly meetings, work in an Agile environment
- Create and upgrade written and visual content to ensure the information is engaging and clear to the audience
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- A strong background of Knowledge Management applied to a Technical environment, flawless written and verbal communication skills as well as a can-do attitude
- Experience working in an Agile environment to execute improvements through Jira
- Ability to create quick, concise and high-quality written and visual content
- Proficiency to manage projects and perform data analytics to measure results (in apps such as ServiceNow, Tableau or Qualtrics)
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals and maintain a company standard of excellence
- Ability to identify grey areas,
create content that will capture the output and deliver strategic solutions to clients
- Genuine interest in continuous feedback, learning, and growth opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
