The Role
What you bring to the team- 10+ years of strong server-side development experience.- Expertise in GoLang, REST/JSON APIs, Linux.- Experience with containers and deploying them in Kubernetes.- Strong Object-Oriented Analysis and design concepts.- Good understanding of Relational and Timeseries databases.- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk- Exposure to modern DevOps methodologies with CI/CD pipelines.- Proven hands-on expertise in developing software in an Agile manner.- Experience with scalability/high availability and distributed data services.- Experience building, deploying and monitoring large scale cloud services.
AWS preferred.- Ownership of high value product features and technical initiatives.- Ability to act independently as a lead on complex projects and collaborate with the team.- Excellent communication skills.- Play well with others! Be a great teammate and help us maintain our positive culture- Share knowledge with the team both formally and informally.- Ready to adapt and contribute across the wider team as needed.- Provide mentoring and thought leadership to other team members.
