**Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)**

Home Office / Full time / Only English CVs / EST working hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze project requirements and design efficient solutions;
- Work on the bug team initially to identify, prioritize, and address software defects to reduce bug count;
- Transition to Scrum teams and actively participate in agile development processes;
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices;
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients and internal teams;
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) technologies;
- Good proficiency in Javascript (including old school Javascript) or experience with Typescript;
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git);
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive mindset to address challenges;
- Strong communication skills in English,



both verbal and written;
- Demonstrated ability to work on bug resolution with a focus on reducing bug count efficiently;
- Selfstarter with a strong work ethic, capable of making a fast impact on projects;
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and willingness to transition to Scrum teams;
- Availability to work in a fastpaced environment and a commitment to putting in the necessary effort to achieve project goals;
- Http request lifecycle in ASP.NET, what the "MVC" actually refers to;
- Knowledge of SQL/relational databases.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker);
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
- Understanding of software security best practices;
- Familiarity with the Mono framework;
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server;
- Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.
