**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**: 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles, including at least 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer or Technical Scrum Master. Strong technical background—can speak the language of developers, testers, DevOps, and architects. Background in software development, systems engineering, or DevOps is highly preferred. Hands-on experience supporting large-scale software systems and Agile transformations in complex environments. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps practices. Experience leading PI planning and managing cross-team dependencies. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive collaborative resolutions.
