**About the Position**

We are seeking a **Senior Data Analyst - Qlik & Power BI**to join a fast-paced, data-driven team working with a leading client in the healthcare and electronic health records (EHR) industry. In this role, you will transform complex clinical, operational, and business data into compelling dashboards and visual insights using Qlik and Power BI.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and optimize interactive reports that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with a strong grasp of healthcare data and a passion for building intuitive, impactful visualizations that support real-world outcomes in patient care and healthcare operations.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Qlik (Sense / View / etc.) and Power BI
- Collaborate with data engineering, clinical teams, and business users to understand requirements and data sources
- Interpret healthcare and EHR data schemas; transform raw data into meaningful metrics and visual insights
- Optimize data models and query performance to support efficient dashboard rendering
- Validate and test dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Present findings and visual analytics to stakeholders, providing a narrative and recommendations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and dashboard functionality




- Continuously iterate on visualizations based on feedback and evolving business needs

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience** working as a **Data Analyst**,
- Minimum **2 years of experience** working with **Qlik** (Sense, View, or similar) in a professional environment
- Strong experience in **Power BI** (creating dashboards, DAX, modeling, etc.)
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, storytelling with data, and UI/UX of dashboards
- Hands‑on experience with data modeling, SQL, and working with relational databases
- Ability to work with complex healthcare / EHR data (clinical, operational, patient data)
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (written and verbal)
