The purpose of this role is to focus on delivering a specific and focused task within the People Analytics discipline. Specialist skills could include Data Science, Statistics, Data engineer (warehousing) and/or Visualisation. Responsibilities will include management and ownership of tasks aligned to their specialist skill.

Key responsibilities:
Is an ambassador of the People Analytics strategy across HR and the business
Delivers and/or supports both small focused analytics projects through to large complex programmes
Being a true specialist in their area of expertise, they will ensure knowledge and skills are maintained
A specialist in using and manipulating data to support a business objective and outcome
Being an expert in their specialism they will share knowledge with the wider team where required
Builds good working relationships within HR and across the business to ensure data/information is supplied on a regular basis
Act as a guardian of people data ensuring access and information is only shared where and when appropriate
