**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to support our sales team in analyzing the U.S. market and identifying customer insights. This role offers hands-on experience in market analysis and strategic research within a dynamic international environment.

**Compensation**:
**First week**: _Unpaid internship_ to provide a training period and assess fit.

**Following Months**:100-200 USD per month.

*The internship may be extended up to 6 months based on performance and opportunities to be a part-time or full-time employee.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a **full-time internship**that requires 40 hours per week, as follows:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Houston Time (8 hours)
- _Zoom meetings are required during working hours._
- _100% Remote work_

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and gather insights on HEXA PM’s customers and competitors through phone calls and other platforms as needed.
- Conduct surveys on residents & customers related to satisfaction levels.
- Identify and understand the target customers and industry landscape.
- Evaluate and interpret the needs and behaviors of potential clients.





**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (Professional level) is mandatory
- Having an educational background in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or a strong interest in market research (final year students will be preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independent research
- Familiarity with basic data collection and analysis tools is a plus
