**Description and Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**

Support monthly/quarterly BS review with region CFO.

Improve B/S healthy and manage COS to improve the recon quality.

Closing issue solving and late entry review/submission.

Ensure practice compliance with no exposure.

Provide accounting guidance to business/finance for existing business.

Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned region.

Continuous improvement initiatives.

Project support on new business/process.

Support Argentina Local Statutory.

Perform Inflation Adjustment calculation and its subsequent analysis and verification.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- 5 years of related experience.
- 2-5-years of experience doing the Inflation Adjustment's calculation.
- Advanced level of English to conversation
- IFRS knowledge.

**Desirable Knowledge**:

- SAP FI
