**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash processes to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide expert guidance on IT Security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on S/4 HANA functionalities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with company goals.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving any system-related issues.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and system performance.




- You should be proficient in Spanish and English.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Must have extensive experience with S/4 HANA Standard Order to Cash processes.
- Should possess in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA SD for Brazil & LATAM.
- Must have a strong background in IT Security to protect company assets.
- Must be proficient in system configuration and customization.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills to address system issues promptly.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Should have strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in system documentation.
- Should have experience in conducting system audits and implementing improvements.
- Must be able to facilitate training sessions for team members.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
