**Senior Account Manager - Customer Growth & Success**:

A fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a **Senior Account Manager - Customer Growth & Success** to lead post-sale relationships and unlock new opportunities across high-value clients. You’ll work at the intersection of customer satisfaction and revenue expansion, ensuring every account is nurtured, retained, and ready to grow.
**What You’ll Do**
- Own the client lifecycle post-sale—from onboarding through renewals and upsell
- Build trusted relationships across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients
- Deeply understand each client’s goals, workflows, and adoption path
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to close them
- Conduct regular success reviews, planning calls,
and product feedback loops
- Monitor account health and intervene early to reduce churn risk
- Maintain detailed account records and activity tracking in CRM platforms
**What You Bring**
- 3-5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B partnerships
- Proven ability to grow accounts and lead conversations that drive impact
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable navigating SaaS platforms and customer feedback tools
- Organized, goal-driven, and eager to collaborate across remote teams
**Bonus**: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or Slack, and a background in SaaS or AI products.
